Engineering Calculation Spreadsheet Tools
The Service Provider will be asked to develop, in conjunction with Authority personnel, a single stand-alone Microsoft Excel spreadsheet ‘calculation tool’, that can be used to estimate the energy and cost savings associated with implementing an energy efficiency upgrade on a particular system. The Service Provider should exhibit demonstrated experience with the estimation of energy savings for each particular end-use for which they submit a proposal.
