Engineering & Technical Assistance for Oil & Gas Facilities & Related Infrastructure
The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Spill Prevention and Response is soliciting proposals for professional engineering consultation services for oil and gas pipelines and related facilities. Services procured under this contract will be in accordance with technical requirements within the Oil and Other Hazardous Substances Pollution Control regulations (18 AAC 75). The RFP is attached to this notice.
The State intends to award no more than four contracts from this Request for Proposal (RFP).
