Hanover is soliciting proposals for Engineering, Development and Planning Services for a feasibility study on
property located off Legion Drive in Hanover.

Goal of the Legion Drive Housing Feasibility Study is to conduct a feasibility study on property to determine if they
are suitable for a community housing complex. These funds are needed to study wetlands, septic, environmental
conditions, endangered species, traffic and access analysis, etc., and propose a site plan for a multi unit-housing
complex.
