The state is seeking a qualified civil engineering firm or a multidisciplinary firm with civil engineering expertise to provide as-needed engineering, design and consulting services for the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park (STEP). Such services include, but are not limited to, design and engineering of infrastructure, preparation of bid documents, construction administration, coordinating with other parties, etc. The contract will have a 3-year term with two 1-year options at NYSERDA's option.
