The State Architects Office (SAO) intends to pre-qualify firms to provide engineering services for projects
that are not advertised through the Ohio Register. This pre-qualification process will determine the list of
firms that will be eligible for award of contracts for the period covering July 1, 2009 June 30, 2011.
