Energy Utilization of Landfill Gas and Greenhouse Gas Clients
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide planning, design, permitting, construction, operation and maintenance of a facility to beneficially use landfill gas as an energy source. The landfill gas will be available to the successful offeror at the Springfield Road Landfill. The landfill is located at 10600 Fords Country Lane, near Interstate 295 and Nuckols Road.
