The University is launching an energy initiative and is interested in developing a nationally recognized energy opinion poll, conducted semi-annually, as an offering of the Center. As such, the poll should be designed, conducted and its results reported so that, in time, key public office, academic and private sector leaders and the public rely on it as an authoritative measure of public opinion on energy issues, respected both for its professional rigor and newsworthy, informative findings.
