Energy Policy Act Coordinator
The University is seeking an independent firm with significant technical expertise in the federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 enacted 179D of the Internal Revenue Service Code, which provides a deduction with respect to energy efficient commercial buildings as detailed in this RFQ.
All activities of the Respondent shall be performed at the direction of UT Austin Utilities and Energy Management Department (UEM).
