Energy Plant Improvements

The Work consists primarily of HVAC-related work. Major and specialized work includes, piping revisions, pumping revisions, control revisions, test and balancing, commissioning support, and power connections. The project will convert the primary-secondary chilled water system to a variable primary flow chilled water system. Additionally, the entire chilled water distribution system within the chiller plant will be rebalanced.
