Energy Performance Contracts
Any contracts awarded from this procurement may, in whole or in part, be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The State shall enter into up to three Energy Performance Contracts for the purpose of accomplishing energy efficient retrofits to public facilities. The DOT/PF is requiring the following services: Investment grade energy audits and comprehensive energy services, design, installation, modification and commissioning of new or existing energy systems, verification and reporting of energy savings and guarantee of energy savings.
