Energy Performance Contract Financing
The Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA)invites responses from qualified banks, lenders or other financial institutions ("Lender") interested in and capable of successfully financing an Energy Performance Contract ("EPC") that will provide significant water and energy savings to HMHA. HMHA will be entering into an approximately $1,100,000 EPC with Pepco Energy Services ("PES") for 12 years plus a 7 month construction period.
