Energy Improvements
This project consists of, but is not limited to building a wood frame 2X4 wall around the perimeter of the entire drill hall, insulate with spray foam, sheetrock and paint. Install new upper windows, provide and install an 1800sf pre-manufactured mezzanine, provide sound absorption in drill hall, upgrade electric and fire detection/alarm systems. Build a small telecom closet. There are five alt deduct items: #1 Paint drill hall ceiling, #2 brick three exterior holes to match existing finish, #3 Grind and seal drill hall floor, #4 Replace overhead door, #5 Install exterior personnel door to Gym.
