This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Management Office of Acquisition and Assistance, Division for Economic Growth, Education and Environment, Office of Energy and Infrastructure (M/OAA/E3/E&I). The purpose of this notice is to gauge interest from small businesses to provide technical assistance in carrying out approaches to managing legal, regulatory, policy, governance, financial, economic, and transactional components of energy development. The NAICS code for this action is 541990 - Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. USAID seeks to determine the capabilities of small businesses under FAR 19.2. Interested organizations must have qualifications in the five cross-cutting technical themes: Clean Energy, Energy Sector Reform, Energy Sector Governance, Energy Poverty, and Energy Security.
