In accordance with the Osceola Energy Initiative (OEI), part of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, the University Program for Resource Efficient Communities seeks proposals from qualified respondents to assist in developing and launching an Energy Efficient Finance Program. Additionally, the successfully contracted respondent (henceforth, the "Contractor") will serve as the EEFP third-party administrator for the time the program is in existence and will manage $100,000 of EEFP program enhancement funds provided as part of OEI's support for EEFP implementation.
