ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANTS includes the complete installation of the following:
Central Utility Plant
Furnish and install Thermal Storage Ice Tanks
Retrofit existing 370 ton screw chiller (CH-1) for ice-making capabilities
Retrofit existing 370 ton screw chiller (CH-2) with Turbocor centrifugal compressors
Furnish and install variable frequency drive (VFD) on existing 200 ton centrifugal chiller (CH-3)
Furnish and install VFD’s and high-efficiency motors on existing two-cell cooling tower (CT-1)
Replace existing primary chilled water pumps
Furnish and install VFD’s on primary chilled water pumps
Furnish and install glycol management system
