Energy Efficiency Utility Evaluation of Administrative Efficiency Methodologies and Business Process Metric Setting
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Contractor or team of Contractors to assess the administrative efficiency of Vermont’s Energy Efficiency Utility’s (EEU’s) key business processes. Contractors with experience in management audits, business process continuous improvement, Lean Office, business process mapping and energy efficiency program process evaluation are encouraged to respond to this RFP. Outcomes of this work will be review of EEU identified and mapped key business processes, the establishment of quantifiable business process baseline metrics as well as establishment of future quantifiable business process improvement targets.
