Energy Efficiency Home Electricity Comparison Reports
The Authority hereby solicits proposals from experienced firms and individuals in response to this Request For Proposals (“RFP”) to assist the Authority and its subsidiary to deliver a Home Electricity Comparison Report (“HECR”) pilot program service for its residential customers. The HECR program will provide comparative energy usage data and related information to encourage better home energy efficiency which will ultimately lower home energy use. The Authority will retain one firm to perform the HECR work.
