The City is seeking a consultant to assist with the development of an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy and to prepare a funding application to the U.S. Department of Energy. Required work includes implementing energy efficient programs and projects, and prioritizing projects for cost effectiveness and
long term benefit in community priority areas.
