Energy Efficiency Codes & Standards Study
The County is hereby requesting proposals from qualified multidiscipline firms to complete two projects that will involve a comprehensive review of (1) the Zoning Ordinance and related development ordinances, and (2) the Building Code and related ordinances, for the purpose of recommending amendments that will eliminate or mitigate conflicts which impair or impede the County's and/or the building community's ability to create and construct environmentally and economically sustainable, energy efficient, transit and pedestrian friendly development and re-development throughout the County.
