Energy Efficiency Best Practices Guide
The State announces this Request for Proposals (RFP No. 200a) and invites proposals from qualified interested firms and organizations to assist Comptroller and the State Energy Conservation Office by developing, drafting and implementing a Best Practices Guide to Energy Efficiency for Locally-Owned Municipal Utilities and Electric Cooperatives (Guide).
