Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant Programs/Project Planning
The Consultant(s) shall provide the following services:
Element I: Facilitate strategic planning process that will lead to the development of the Citys Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Strategy and the selection of programmatic initiatives to be pursued.
Element II: Verify/update/conduct Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventories and prepare recommended
action plans.
Element III: Develop and document the recommended Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy
and Programmatic Initiatives for the City.
