The Colorado Governor's Energy Office (GEO) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gain an understanding on how to develop and implement a 12 month statewide energy education campaign targeting individuals and consumers to adopt energy efficiency and conservation measures and actions.
The intent of this information gathering is find interested organizations with experience in developing educational campaigns that includes implementation costs such as development, messaging, production, and advertising in Colorado's markets. The information gathered may lead to the preparation by GEO of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of services to assist in implementing an energy efficiency education campaign.
