The System is soliciting Qualifications/Proposals (“Proposals or Qualifications/Proposals”) from professional consulting firms (“Respondents”) for the selection of a firm to provide energy consulting services for the institutions comprising the System, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications/Proposals.
