Energy Conservation Measures

Provide labor, equipment, and material to implement energy conservation measures. The Town intends to upgrade lighting, insulation, and HVAC in the Town Hall. Scope of work is to include all labor, materials, supervision, overhead & profit, insurance, permits, inspections, taxes, and all other items necessary for successful completion of energy conservation measures in the existing 600 SF of the building project.
