The purpose of this proposal is to create a contract to provide consultant services in behavior based
energy management.
Mesa Public Schools (MPS) invites proposals from qualified firms experienced in behavior based energy management. It is
desired that the contractor be paid a fee that is a percentage of the savings accruing to the district as a direct result of the
services provided by the contractor. However, other fee options will be considered. All fee structures must include no
budget impact to MPS or the SAVE member participating in this procurement as fees must be covered by savings
realized.
