Energy Code Compliance Study
enter into a contract with a firm to measure and report on current building energy code compliance rate. The objective of this project is to determine the current energy code compliance rate using, where economically practical, BECP methodologies for a statistically valid sample, in office plan review, and on-site building assessments.
