Energy Audit Services and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission Baseline Study
The Services, which are more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this RFP, include (1) Conduct a free preliminary Energy Analysis (PEA) and greenhouse gas emission baseline study of buildings; and (2) In conjunction with the Energy Conservation Committee identify and conduct a Detailed Energy Audit (DEA) or Investment Grade Audit in select buildings identified in the preliminary audit as having the greatest potential for improving energy efficiency.
