Energy Audit
Required of the selected bidder will be an appropriate blower door testing, infrared measurements and the meeting of ASHRAE Level II auditing criteria. (Refer to Appendix K for additional requirements). The building audits shall result in a listing of building improvements / projects with improvement costs and the projected energy use reduction and energy cost savings. Each building audit shall consist of a separate report.
