Energy Audit
The City is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals qualified to conduct a comprehensive Commercial Building Energy Audit in conjunction with the Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Black Grant Program.
Due to the nature of the services requested in this solicitation, bidders are required to have local service capabilities and representation within the Phoenix Metropolitan area to warrant consideration for award of this Contract.
