Endoscope Cabinet - Sources Sought
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 332513 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing) and whether or not these items requested are offered on a Federal Supply Schedule.
The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking sources to provide one (1) ENDOSCOPE CABINET.
The vendor shall be able to provide a Brand Name (Stainless Steel Endoscope Cabinet) plus additional items or Equal offering the following salient characteristics:
18.75d x 24.75w x 92h,
Left Hinge Solid Door,
Fan Ventilation Unit with HEPA Filter,
Stores between 6 -10 flexible long channel endoscopes,
Requires wall mount bracket,
110V Standard Hospital AC connection.

This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 332513 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Omar.cante@va.gov. The information requested MUST be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on May, 30 2017.
