Endangered Species Research Projects for the Spot-Tailed Earless Lizard
In furtherance of the foregoing, Comptroller hereby issues this RFP from Texas public universities to conduct research studies on the spot-tailed earless lizard. Additional RFPs will be issued for other species research until the funding allocated to Comptroller for this purpose is obligated, subject to Comptroller’s right to use a portion of these funds for related internal projects as described above.
