Endangered Species Research Projects for the Desert Massasauga Rattlesnake
In furtherance of the foregoing, Comptroller hereby issues this RFP from Texas public universities to conduct research studies on the desert massasauga rattlesnake. Additional RFPs will be issued for other species research until the funding allocated to Comptroller for this purpose is obligated, subject to Comptroller’s right to use a portion of these funds for related internal projects as described above.
