Employment and Income Verification Services
The services must be:
· Web-based
· Available at least Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., excluding
federal holidays
· Provide information via the internet
· Provide information through toll- free phone and fax lines
· Provide immediate (no more than 15 minutes) response to queries via the internet or telephone and no
more than a four (4) hour response if fax is used
· Have the capacity to accept simultaneous requests from a minimum of 750 users
· Maintain a data base of at least 1000 national employers for which employment verification is available
· Information available through inquiry by Social Security Number (SSN)
