Employment Pilot Project
The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks responses from eligible respondents to be considered for participation in an Employment Pilot Project (the “Project”) in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The project is funded by the Money Follow the Person program, which supports an individual’s choice to relocate from an institutional setting to the community in order to receive their long-term services and supports in a community setting.
