SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE
The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support DCMA with Employment Dispute Resolution Service mediation Service. The contractor shall be able to provide two, three, and four-party mediation in the following key areas:
• Communication Difficulties
• Trust and Respect Concerns
• Personality Clashes
• Misunderstanding of Work Expectations
• Differences is Management and Work Styles
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR 8(a) SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals and this notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. All information submitted in response to this announcement must arrive on or before the closing date. The objective of this synopsis is to identify 8(a) small business firms in the marketplace capable of providing the required services to support DCMA mission needs. DCMA reserves the right to solicit and negotiate directly with any identified 8a company it deems capable of performing the services and award a sole source contract IAW FAR Subpart 19.8.
Interested firms shall respond with the following information:
(1) Company profile to include point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number/CAGE Code, and a statement regarding current small business status to include small business type(s)/certification(s).
(2) Past Performance: Descriptions of relevant experience.
(3) Capability Statement of the firm's ability to provide services of this type
(4) Respondents should also furnish a list of all current Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) or Government-wide Agency Contract (GWAC) contract instruments currently held.
