The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to increase outreach
to priority and target industries identified in the Employment Training Panel’s
(ETP) Strategic Plan. ETP will award a two year contract with options to renew for
a third year, as follows:

•Statewide organization to market ETP program that results in Panel approved job
training contracts from manufacturing employers and other ETP priority industries.

There is a total of $450,000 is available for a two-year period, with options for a
third year at ETP’s discretion. Specific allocations for the contract are set forth
in the RFP.
