Employment Assessment Placement Services
The City is seeking professionals to provide employment placement services to city residents with a history of incarceration.
The award of this contract is contingent upon the review of the City Board of Directors. Desired services include recruitment, job preparation, job placement, case management, and program retention services which will assist participants with reintegration into the community. The services will be administered to ex-offenders who reside in the city or are returning to the Little Rock community from incarceration. Interested parties who desire consideration for this commission should prepare and submit a single document containing qualifications of their organization. This request for qualifications, contained herein, shall be grounds for selection and recommendation to Board of Directors.
