University seeks to contract for preparation and placement of employment advertisements in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Times, Herald, and other journals, magazines and professional publications as needed. University is interested in firms with demonstrated effective layout design and experience placing advertisements for higher education. The time from order to placement is a critical component of this solicitation. It is anticipated that the resulting contract for these services will begin immediately upon award.
