Employee Training/Facilitation
The proposed project seeks to provide facilitation services for a 1 day training opportunity for employees. Employees are stakeholders in ensuring the District is able to address the national mission areas of prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover form natural and man made disasters as well as acts of terrorism. The training will examine the mission and goals of the agency and focus on developing a strategy while engaging staff in dialogue, team building, and breakout sessions. Staff will examine overall preparedness while exploring lessons learned to facilitate future investments and personnel decisions.
