Employee Time and Attendance System
Mandatory pre-bid meeting on 10/07/2009.
County will be accepting proposals for a comprehensive Employee Time
and Attendance System for the Countys Employee Services Department. The system shall
be a turnkey solution that provides software that will reside on county owned existing
technology and network infrastructure. Vendors shall propose a solution that includes all
site surveys, engineering, and customization installation. All software shall be designed for
continuous operation, i.e. 24 hours, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year with reliability of
99% or better. The successful Vendor shall be prepared to support the software for a
minimum of 10 years. In addition to the initial costs for the system, the annual recurring
software maintenance costs must be clearly identified for a minimum of 10 years.
