Employee Survey and Analysis Services
The City seeks proposals from qualified Respondents to conduct an employee survey to assess job satisfaction and communication needs within the organization. The selected consultant shall design and conduct a survey in English and in Spanish so that employees can indicate their level of satisfaction with their job and internal/external communication methods used by the City.
