Employee Service Recognition Awards
The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors who are interested in implementing and administering all aspects of the Alameda County Employee Service Recognition Awards program.
The Alameda County Employee Service Recognition Awards Program is administered through the Human Resource Services Department Employee Benefits and Service Center (HRSD - EBSC). The program encompasses the following three (3) components:
1.Service awards for approximately 1,400 to 3,000 employees completing five year increments of service spanning from five through fifty years;
2.Retirement plaques for approximately 60 to 160 employees retiring with twenty plus years of service; and,
3.Special silk screened t-shirts awarded to approximately 72 County employees per month as tokens of special appreciation by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors.
