Employee Health Insurance Benefits
The City of Lincoln (The City) is a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska.
The City provides comprehensive self-insured health coverage to approximately
2,000 employees and retirees.
In an effort to control costs, ensure service and provide choice to its employees,
the City is requesting proposals for Health Insurance Services including:
Third party administrative services
Preferred Provider network access
Stop-loss coverage
Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM)
Limited local network or clinic options that would link to a
network for additional specialty care
Optional Wellness oriented plan designs
