Employee Engagement Survey
Grady Health System (GHS) is seeking qualified firms to submit a proposal to conduct an Employee Engagement Survey for its 5,500 employees. The respondent to this RFP should provide the necessary information required to
illustrate their ability to conduct an Employee Engagement Survey. At least 5 healthcare related references should be supplied. Each respondent must include sample questions that will be used with their survey. The survey results should allow GHS to improve employee engagement levels and ties to other key business outcomes, comply with future CMS Hospital CAHPS (HCAHPS) initiatives and assist in the development of strategic action plans. The survey should be conducted based on the indicated primary language of the customer (English).
