Employee Engagement Survey
The University is soliciting responses from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Employee Engagement Survey and analysis of the results. Services will include: a delineated communications strategy; an institutional reporting structure; data collection; data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting; institutional performance presentation; dissemination of results in partnership with the HR leadership team; and establishing clear expectations.
