Employee Drug Testing
Said testings shall include but not be limited to, providing supplies and materials, collection sites, specimen collection, initial drug and alcohol screens, confirmation drug and alcohol tests for positive initial tests, transportation of specimens, Medical Review Officer services, reporting and records retention, expert testimony services, and lessons plans and materials for training of staff and supervisors.
