Employee Behavioral Interview Selection and Quality Improvement Solution
The purpose of the project is to assist the university, hiring managers and human resources professionals in: designing a web based application/tool for potential employees which provides us with information to improve the quality of selected talent; providing training on interviewing techniques to be used to enhance the recruitment and selection of employees; and integrating a continuous improvement model into the organization which continuously assesses the talent of employees and prepares them for development and growth within the organization.
