Employee Assistance Program - EAP Detroit
Network Contracting Office 10 hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25020Q0019 for an Employee Assistance Program for John D. Dingell VAMC. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and insurance for this requirement. Anticipated award date is November 1, 2019 for one year and four, one-year option periods. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking www.fbo.gov for any solicitation amendments that may be issued during the offer period.
