Employee Assistance Program Services
The EAP Provider shall provide, at all client locations, an Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) for benefit eligible employees and their immediate family members. The program will assist the participant with problems that may impact the employee’s job performance and/or work behavior. The EAP is provided as a resource to the employee or family member for self-referral to address his/her concerns/problems, and also to be utilized by the participating universities for mandatory referrals.
