The State Employee Benefits Committee (SEBC) of the State of Delaware is seeking proposals from EAP vendors to provide an Employee Assistance Program for the State of Delaware effective July 1, 2010.
The SEBC currently offers EAP benefits to roughly 40,000 employees and covered individuals who are participants in the Group Health Insurance Program.
The term of the contract between the successful organization and the State will be for three (3) years and may be renewed for two (2) additional one-year extensions
